I'm turning to the Annual Catalog for the Challenge this week. Gotta use those stamp sets that may be retiring soon! This week the challenge is to create a card using the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set. Anything goes!
This will be the last Challenge that I will assign. I will still participate when I can. I love being a part of this, but haven't been able to live up to meeting each weeks' challenge. It will be like a surprise guest appearance when I do post! Have fun & I look forward to seeing your creations!
